SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed at our fulfillment center located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We process, package, and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are fulfilled once payment has been received and verified. Please note that our fulfillment time may take up to 5 business days.

Orders will be shipped via USPS shipping services; once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information via email. 

Please ensure that the billing and shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Any discrepancies or issues with the provided information may result in a delay in the processing time of your order.


FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS 

All orders qualify for complimentary standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, featuring an estimated transit time of 4-7 business days following shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.


UPGRADE SHIPPING SERVICES

At checkout, customers have the option to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express for an additional fee. Prices for these upgrades may vary and are based on the shipping zone and overall weight of your order.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable except for when faulty or incorrect items are shipped.


SHIPPING DELAYS DISCLAIMER

We aim to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. However, there are some circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, health pandemics, or unforeseen events, which may affect delivery times. 

Please note that national holidays may also add an additional 3-5 business days to processing and delivery times.

Due to the potential occurrence of these delays, we are unable to guarantee deliveries by specific dates.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories.
