Customer Return 

If you initiated a return in compliance with our Return Policy, once we receive and verify the original condition of the merchandise, we will proceed with issuing a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note that it may take credit card companies 2 to 5 business days to post the refund to your bank account.

Return to Sender

Any discrepancies or issues with the shipping address information and format provided or failure to retrieve the package during the designated timeframe may result in an order being returned to us by the mail carrier via the Return to Sender process. 

Once your order’s package is returned to our facility, we will proceed with issuing a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that we cannot resend your order and will not refund any shipping costs.
